Cancellation & Refund Policy
My goal is to provide the best quality Italian language classes to all my students. Organizing classes to the convenience of students, especially in groups requires a certain amount of commitment from all of us. I want to encourage students to commit to a minimum number of classes necessary for making progress learning Italian, as well as creating quality and consistency in our small group classes.
No-shows, and cancellations affect fellow students, so please be aware of these policies.
Last minute in-person cancellation due to ‘infectious’ circumstances can be converted to online events if possible without penalty.
Cancellation policy: one class only per 10 week cycle can be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours notice.
"No shows" will count as a class and cannot be made up.
Withdrawal policy: before course starts 100% refund minus $45 registration fee; before the fourth class 50% refund. No refund after third class.
